Esta função dará suporte no atendimento direto aos clientes, recebendo e imputando os pedidos de vendas, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos para liberação e faturamento, para garantir o atendimento dos prazos estabelecidos nas entregas.
Deveres e Responsabilidades:
- Cadastros de cliente e produtos no varejo;
- Obtenção e manutenção de dados obtidos do Varejo;
- Elaboração de relatórios de performances;
- Controle de Verbas.
As suas aptidões e experiência:
- Experiência em ERP's TOTVS (Protheus, Datasul);
- Pacote office;
- Excel Intermediário/Avançado;
- Diferencial em Power BI.

The S2G Commercial team is growing! We are looking to hire a Sales Administrative Assistant!
This role will provide direct customer service support, receiving and imputing sales orders, ensuring that deadlines for release and invoicing are met, to ensure we meet established deadlines on deliveries
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Retail customer and product registrations
- Obtaining and maintaining data obtained from Retail
- Elaboration of performance reports
- Control of Funds
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in ERP's TOTVS (Protheus, Datasul)
- Office package
- Excel Intermediate/Advanced
- Differential in Power BI
